  • Update @ 05:01am MDT/11:01am UTC - Following a period of monitoring, our engineers have confirmed that the incident is now resolved and normal service has resumed. Please accept our apologies for the potential impact this incident may have caused.

Cloud Servers Emergency Network Maintenance Notice

We would like to inform you that one of our network providers will be performing maintenance to carry out a software upgrade in one of their datacenters.

Location: London Start Date and Time: 11/03/20 00:30 UTC End Date and Time: 11/03/20 05:00 UTC

The changes they intend to make will ensure greater stability of services, add functionalities for new solutions and add security and fixes recommended by our key vendors. The roll-out will be phased in service windows to minimise customer impact.

During this period, all services (Smart Hands, installations, work visits, etc.) will continue in accordance with our normal procedures. As measures have been implemented to re-route traffic through alternative providers.

The Support is available to provide up-to-date status information or additional details, should you have any questions regarding the maintenance.
