EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE: bcr03.dal05 line-card Maintenance

Network Specialists have identified a hardware issue on a redundant backend router (BCR), bcr03.dal05, which provides private connectivity for your server(s). To prevent a re-occurrence of the outage experienced in INC2457656, Network Specialists will be Rebooting multiple line cards, one at a time, during an EMERGENCY maintenance window.

During this maintenance, traffic will be shifted to the redundant device, in order to prevent impact to traffic. You may notice a brief period of loss to packets-in-flight as the shift occurs.

Public connectivity will not be effected by this maintenance.
