We’re planning a data migration from old storage to new in SYD-A over this weekend.

Downtime for Linux VPS: 10-15 min. For Linux VMs with disk size over 100 GB, downtime could be up to 45-60 min.

Downtime for Windows VPS: up to 1 hour.

Phone System Phone Outage - Support/Billing/Sales

Phone System Intermittent Network Issues

We are currently experiencing intermittent network issues in our providence office. This is affecting calls and chats with our billing or support teams. We are actively working on resolving this. MIA-A Scheduled Maintenance

Start Date: Thursday, September 27th @0800 UTC (4:00 am EST) End Date: Thursday, September 27th, 1000 UTC (6 am EST) Duration: 2 hours

Event Type: Scheduled Power Maintenance

Event Description: We will be conducting PDU maintenance in our Miami-A SSD cloud. During the following maintenance window, services in Miami-A will need to be powered-down for a period of approximately 2 hours.

If the affected VPSs are not powered-down before maintenance begins our Infrastructure team will gracefully power them down at that time. The service will then be powered back online once the scheduled maintenance is complete.

Phone System Upgrade – September 26th, 2018

We are excited to announce that we are updating our phone systems to aid in faster response times, intuitive menu options and, most importantly, better hold music!

As part of the upgrade we are announcing the following maintenance window:

Maintenance Window: 10:00 AM MST (4:00 PM UTC) - 4:00 PM MST (10:00 PM UTC)

For at least a two-hour period during this window, agents will be unavailable via phone as phone routing changes cut over to the new system with additional time allocated for testing/troubleshooting. For support needs, normal chat and ticket options will be available through the control panel.
