RESOLVED: The performance issues in San Jose and Singapore location have been fixed by our technical teams. Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Please be advised, clients in Singapore and San Jose location ( SJC-A cloud location) may experience performance issues. We are currently investigating the issue.

Cloud Servers VPS.NET Network Maintenance

Maintenance start date: 8th October 2019, 08:45 GMT

Maintenance end date: 8th October 2019,11:15 GMT

VPS.NET will be performing maintenance on the network in some of our data centers. This will impact VPS.NET customers in the following locations – Washington DC, San Jose, Seattle, Dallas and Singapore. As this is an organization-wide maintenance, all the locations mentioned will be affected during the same two-hour timeframe.

What is the impact?

Virtual Machines (VMs) in these locations will be put into a shutdown state during this maintenance window and will be off for up to two hours and thirty minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience this scheduled maintenance may cause. Other VPS.NET locations will be unaffected by this maintenance.
