Dear Client,

This notice is to inform you of upcoming maintenance in our datacenter for VPS.NET. The maintenance involves the physical move of your service(s) located in our datacenter to ATL05 datacenter in Atlanta. You have been contacted as it has been determined that you have service(s) in the affected location.

The maintenance window will start on April 3rd and end on April 4th. The migration will be carried out between the hours of 3 AM and 9 AM GMT.

Expected Downtime: 6 hour Dates: Friday, April 3rd through Saturday April 4th Hours: 3 AM GMT to 9 AM GMT

No action will be needed by clients as our teams will gracefully power down each server and power them back up when the move is complete. Several precautions are currently in place to ensure that the migration happens as seamlessly as possible. While some migrations may complete faster than others, we do ask that you prepare for the downtime of the full maintenance window.

We're experiencing routing issue in London. Our network team is aware and is working on it right now.

Due to ongoing network issues in DC5 in London, we are performing emergency maintenance of our edge routers at that location.

Reason for Maintenance: Severe routing issues in data center
