Please be advised, maintenance will be taking place in the Atlanta DC (ATL-A cloud). During the maintenance window, a single power distribution unit will be powered down in each server cabinet. All hardware is dual fed with redundant power supplies cabled to diverse (A&B) feeds, so no impact is expected. However, there is risk during any power maintenance.

We are experiencing issues in Performive Datacentre location. Our engineers are working to resolve this as a matter of urgency.

UPDATE - 05:45 pm MST Technical teams is continuing to investigate the issue. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

Resolved A fix has been implemented and the MIA-A Cloud service has been restored. Apologies for any inconvenience.

We experienced an incident at an ATL Data Center, whereby technical teams had to investigate an issue with power delivery. Subsequently a small number of VM's were offline for the period of time outlined above. Power has been restored and normal service has resumed. Apologies for any inconvenience.
