LON2 - Network Routing and Power Maintenance

We would like to inform you about our planned maintenance work taking place at our LON2 datacenter.
To reduce the overall number of maintenance events and to minimise impact to your services. This maintenance window covers two pieces of work that will occur consecutively and may impact your services in different ways.

Location: LON2 Datacenter

1: Network Routing Maintenance
Purpose: Our infrastructure team will be making architecture changes and improvements to routing services within the facility to improve efficiency and reliability.
Impact: Expect multiple periods of connectivity disruption to both external and internal traffic during the maintenance window. There will be a minimum of 60 minutes of service interruption within the first two hours of this window.
2: Power Maintenance
Purpose: Our datacenter engineering team will be conducting essential maintenance on power feeds in one aisle.
Impact: All devices in the affected aisle will lose power for up to 2 hours towards the start of this window. We strongly recommend shutting down any services and saving work before the maintenance begins.
