Border Router Maintenance - Manchester

Our Networks Team will be performing hardware maintenance on our border routers in Manchester, which is part of our backbone network. This maintenance is scheduled to take place on the 11th of April 2025 from 1:00 AM UTC until 4:00 AM UTC.

During this time, technical staff will upgrade the software on our border router at our datacentre in Manchester to update its OS firmware.

The work should not be service affecting as there is a redundancy in place. However, there is always a risk of increased latency. We will provide updates here if any issues occur and appreciate your patience during this time. Thank you for your understanding.
