DC Closure and Migration – Toronto to New York City

Please be advised of the following important change to our VPS infrastructure that will impact your services.
In our effort to enhance the performance and stability of our platform, we have decided to close our Toronto data centre and migrate your servers to our New York data centre.
The migration will take place on May 9th, 2025, from 7.00 AM to 2.00 PM UTC.
We are working on keeping the service downtime to a minimum, but please note that your service may be unavailable for the full maintenance window.
The existing server IP addresses will remain unchanged.
Our team will migrate your service within the above-defined maintenance window, ensuring the same IP addresses and server configuration as in the current data centre for a smooth and efficient transition.
