What’s Happening?

We are performing scheduled maintenance on core network equipment within our Salt Lake City data centre. This involves updating the firmware on these devices to the latest versions.

This work is essential to enhance the stability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure, ensuring we continue to provide a reliable service for all our customers.


Impact & Expectations

Due to the nature of this work, clients may experience up to 30 minutes of degraded or interrupted network services for the affected servers.


The maintenance window is scheduled as follows:
