What’s Happening?
We’re carrying out scheduled maintenance to upgrade the network infrastructure supporting our London datacentre. The work will take place in two phases to reduce potential disruption.

The network is built with redundancy, and only one device will be upgraded at a time. Customers may experience brief service interruptions as traffic reroutes. If you notice any extended impact, please contact our support team.
