Planned London Virtual Services Upgrade and Migrations

Dear Customers,
As part of this upgrade, we will be migrating your current virtual servers to our new platform. The purpose of this change is to strengthen the service, improve long term resilience, and ensure it is ready to support future enhancements.
Migration schedule
Migrations will start from 26th February and all customer migrations will be completed by 11th March.
London migration timeline (by location):
LON A
26th Feb LON M
2nd Mar LON P
4th Mar LON Q
9th Mar LON R
11th Mar
What this means for you
Your services will require a planned period of downtime during the move. We are currently estimating up to 1 hour. We will schedule the work carefully and take all reasonable steps to reduce disruption and restore service as quickly as possible.
If you have automation or scripts that use our API, please note that after migration your server's ID and location ID will have changed. You may need to update your API usage once the migration has been completed.
If you have any questions or any critical business periods we should be aware of, please let us know as soon as possible so we can take them into account during scheduling.
