Upcoming Salt Lake City SSD VPS Platform Migration and Maintenance

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve reliability and prepare for future enhancements, we will be migrating all Salt Lake City SSD VPS customers to our new and upgraded platform.

Linux SSD VPS will be migrated to our Salt Lake City – F location.

Windows SSD VPS currently located in Salt Lake City – H and K will be migrated to Salt Lake City – A.

Migration schedule and maintenance windows:
Salt Lake City – A, A1, A2: 7am – 7pm UTC, April 14th–16th
Salt Lake City – K: 7am – 7pm UTC, April 21st–23rd
Salt Lake City – H: 7am – 7pm UTC, April 27th–29th

During the relevant migration window for your current location, your VPS will experience a single period of downtime, estimated to last up to 1 hour. We will work to minimize disruption and restore your service as quickly as possible.

If you use our API for automation or management, please note that your server’s ID and location ID will change after migration. You may need to update your API configuration to ensure continued operation after the move.
