Please be advised, maintenance will be taking place in the Atlanta DC (ATL-A cloud). During the maintenance window, a single power distribution unit will be powered down in each server cabinet. All hardware is dual fed with redundant power supplies cabled to diverse (A&B) feeds, so no impact is expected. However, there is risk during any power maintenance.

In effort to improve the performance and reliability of our Cloud Platform, we will be conducting Cloud Software Upgrades over multiple zones within our cloud.

During the maintenance window, we will be powering down each Virtual Servers (VPS) to perform the upgrade. Downtime will last between 20 and 60 minutes. Each server will be powered down gracefully, so no action will need to be taken from your end. During the maintenance window, power actions and backup restores will be disabled for specified zone to facilitate the upgrade. 

Once maintenance is complete, we’ll re-enable the servers, power actions, and backup restore processes.

MONT-A Storage Migration 28/10/2018

In effort to improve the performance and reliability of our Cloud Platform, we will be conducting maintenance in our Montreal-A (MONT-A) data center beginning at 10 PM EST (Local Time) to migrate Virtual Servers (VPS) to newly built storage mediums.

Expected downtime:  Linux Servers: from 5 to 30 min Windows Servers: up to 1 hour
